This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.

2. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

By using our App, you are entering into a legal agreement with us, and we are processing your data to provide the service in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Typically, the App only collects your email address. However, in some cases, we may collect additional information necessary for the provision of our services.

When you use the mobile app, we may collect information about your language as well as your location (latitude and longitude).

If you have the location feature enabled but want to turn it off, you can do so in the system settings of your device.

When you use our services we may collect data you provide us there: habits, behaviours, goals, feelings, emotions etc. We can use this anonymized data for AI fine-tuning to make your app experience better.  




3. USER RIGHTS

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data at any time via the app’s settings. Account deletion results in the permanent removal of all your personal information.



4. HOW LONG DOES THE APP KEEP MY INFORMATION?

We only keep your personal information for as long as we need it for legitimate business purposes and in accordance with applicable law. If we no longer need your personal information, we will securely delete or destroy it.

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 18 years of age. In the case we discover that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do the necessary actions.

Provided you give express permission on your device, we may receive (read) and/or write (share) data about your activity from/with Apple Health Kit, Google Fit, Health Connect and Fitbit (together the “Health Apps”). For some of our Services, you may decide to allow us to read (receive) information from the Health Apps. If you grant access to us to write data to (share with) Health Apps, we will transfer to the Health Apps relevant information about you. The specific data covered by the Health Apps’ scope will be indicated to you by the relevant Health App on their native app, which we do not have control of. Before you decide to share your data with the Health Apps, we encourage you to review their privacy policies, as your data will be subject to those policies. 9. LOG DATA

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
